AIDA Plus prioritizes returning OFWs for AI data skills training in Davao

What AIDA Plus announced

Aboitiz Foundation said AIDA Plus would expand its earlier Elevate AIDA programme through a three-year partnership with TESDA Region XI and Ring Circle BPO in Davao City. The programme combines AI data-annotation training with preparation for virtual-assistant and other digital work.

The partnership plans to begin with at least 500 scholars in 2026. Returning OFWs are among the priority beneficiaries for the first batches, alongside other women who need a route into remote digital work.

What the announcement does not promise
