What is listed now
The agreement and the news reports came first. Newsbytes says TESDA and Amazon Web Services signed a Strategic Training Agreement on 29 September 2026 at the TESDA Complex in Taguig City. BusinessWorld and Newsbytes both published on 2 October 2026. This article was published on 4 October 2026, after the category page was opened the same day.
That category page is the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Courses list on the TESDA Online Program. It shows three courses.
Fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence says it covers foundational knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning, including concepts, applications, real-world use cases, prompt engineering, and responsible AI practices.
AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (CLF-C02 – English) says it covers AWS cloud concepts, core AWS services, security and compliance, cloud technology and infrastructure, billing and pricing, and support, in preparation for the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner exam.
AWS Certified AI Practitioner (AIF-C01 – English) says it covers foundational AI and machine learning, generative AI, foundation models, prompt engineering, AWS AI services, responsible AI, and security and governance, in preparation for the AWS Certified AI Practitioner exam.
What the reports say about cost
The category page lists the courses. It does not print a price.
BusinessWorld wrote on 2 October 2026 that the public can access the training with no prerequisites and no additional fees. Newsbytes wrote the same day that the courses will be on the TESDA Online Program with no prerequisites or course fees. Newsbytes also says Fundamentals of AI requires no prior technical background.
This article uses those sentences for the fee and entry claims. It does not use the reports for the exam codes. The codes are on the category page.
A free course is not a certification
Newsbytes says completion of the free courses does not automatically confer AWS certification. The exams are separate from the TOP coursework. A free TOP course is not an AWS certification.
The same report says learners who complete certification-track courses may enroll at the TESDA Women's Center for AWS Academy pathways, subject to availability. They may also qualify for vouchers for AWS certification exams. Voucher eligibility, availability, and limits depend on TESDA and AWS policies. BusinessWorld says specific terms and any limits on vouchers are subject to those same policies. Exam vouchers are not automatic.
The reports do not say the Women's Center pathway is open from home. They do not say every TESDA training center offers it. They do not give a voucher count, a course length, an enrollment total, or a pass rate. This article does not add those figures.
These pages do not say that finishing a course leads to a job.
How to look them up
Open the Amazon Web Services category on the TESDA Online Program. Sign in, or create a TOP account, and search the three titles above. The course pages linked from that category ask you to log in before the lessons open.
That is the ordinary TOP account flow. It is not a separate application you submit once for the whole country.
What is still a plan
BusinessWorld and Newsbytes say TESDA plans more AWS topics, including cloud architecture, security, and databases, and more work with technology institutions and provincial training centers. Those sentences describe plans. The category page opened on 4 October 2026 showed the three courses named here, not that longer list.
