The harsh draft, the facts you can stand behind, and the one next step you are actually offering.
Before you start
Remove names, phone numbers, order numbers, account numbers, and anything you would not want stored in a chat. A made-up draft is enough for practice.

- Write the facts that must stay, and the one next step you can really do.

- Read the result out loud. Send it only if every fact still matches what you meant.
