Turn a pile of notes into three clear steps

You do not need a special writing screen for this. Stay in an ordinary ChatGPT chat, paste what you already wrote, and ask for a short list.

What you need

• The first ChatGPT lesson completed, or a ChatGPT chat already open.
• Rough notes from your phone, a meeting, a class or a to-do list.
• Remove names, account numbers and private details first. See what to leave out of a chat.

Try this

1. Open a new ChatGPT chat.
2. Paste your notes, then paste the prompt below underneath them.
3. Read the list. Cross out any step you cannot actually do today.

Organize the notes below into a checklist I can follow today.
Use at most 5 steps.
Keep my meaning. Do not add appointments, prices or promises I did not write.
If something is missing, ask me one question instead of guessing.

Try it without your own notes

Paste this sample: “need rice and eggs, message tita about Saturday, print school form, check GCash later.”

A useful result is a short list such as buy rice and eggs, message Tita about Saturday, print the school form, then check GCash. It should not invent a time or a peso amount.

If the list is too long

Keep only what I can finish today. Merge similar items. Use short verbs.

Before you follow it

• Check that every step came from your notes.
• Do not treat this as a calendar, a budget or medical advice.
• Copy the final list into your notes app only after you have reviewed it.
